For example, you can sepcify that you are looking for a house with at least 3 bedrooms that sleeps 6 with Air Conditioning with an average price of less than $3,000 per week located in Town or Surfside that is available August 3rd through the 23rd. Just visit each of the 4 different pages in the search and choose your criteria.

The second thing to be aware of is that the search is live, as you select your criteria. Each time you select a new criteria (such as number of bedrooms, or availability dates) the number of properties that match your search is updated and highlighted in yellow at the bottom of the page. That way it is easy to see when you have the list down to a manageable number, or that choosing a specific option (like requiring a pool) may reduce your results to 0.

Once you have selected the criteria you want, click on the link under the highlighting that says Click Here to See the Properties, and you will be taken to a list of all the properties that matched your critera. They will be displayed 25 at a time, with photographs, and you can page back and forth through them. They are displayed in semi-random order, so the same query will return the properties in a slightly different order each time. Click on the photograph or the [more information] links to see detailed listing sheets for each property, including any additional photographs we have and availability information for the property.
